The Law Offices of John W. Wylie, P.A. specializes in criminal defense and appellate litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Wylie received his juris doctor from the University of Miami, graduating cum laude. Prior to starting this law firm, Mr. Wylie served as law clerk to United States District Judge K. Michael Moore in the Southern District of Florida and then served as law clerk to former Chief United States District Judge Edward B. Davis of the Southern District of Florida.
After his clerkships, Mr. Wylie worked for the law firm of Hunton & Williams, in its Miami office. Mr. Wylie then worked at the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Miami, as a trial and appellate attorney. Mr. Wylie has been named one of the best lawyers in Miami by the South Florida Legal Guide every year since 2005.
